Submission Guidelines

Submit queries by postal mail only for anything other than a book.  Send a letter telling something about yourself and what has brought you to your current work.

For film, television, theatre or radio:  include a current CV, a brief synopsis, and the first 10 pages of the script.

Fiction and non-fiction, including children's books:  send a 1-page synopsis and the first three chapters.

Include a stamped self-addressed envelope and correct postage if you want your entire submission returned.

For book submissions only:  you can email your submission in word format (.doc or .docx) only to books AT rochellestevens DOT com, to the attention of Elinor Cooper.

Unsolicited e-mail submissions for anything other than books will be deleted unread.

Interested in

Literary fiction, narrative non-fiction and books for young adults.
