Send the first ten pages and a 1-2 page plot synopsis of a completed, polished manuscript via email (no attachments--cut and paste your submission into the body of the email).

Interested in

Adult genre fiction (romance, fantasy, science fiction, mystery, thrillers, suspense, horror, etc.), and middle-grade and young adult books.

Not interested in

Not interested in nonfiction; commercial, literary, or women's fiction; children's picture books, graphic novels.

Additional information

From the agency's press release:  "Foreword Literary will be a virtual agency with professionals in the San Francisco Bay area, Sacramento, Chicago and the Central Coast of California to begin with. But geographic limitations will be swept away through the use of cloud-based technology."
